Dominic David Fike (born December 30, 1995) is a dynamic American musician, singer-songwriter, actor, and rapper known for his genre-bending style that blends elements of alternative rock, hip-hop, and pop. He first gained significant attention by uploading popular songs to SoundCloud, which showcased his raw talent and unique sound.

In 2018, Fike released his debut extended play, "Don't Forget About Me, Demos," which quickly led to a record deal with Columbia Records. His breakout single, "3 Nights," achieved widespread success, charting in the top ten in multiple countries and introducing his music to a global audience. He has since collaborated with prominent artists such as Brockhampton and Halsey, further expanding his musical reach.

His debut album, "What Could Possibly Go Wrong," arrived in 2020 and made an impact on charts worldwide, including the top 50 in the United States and Australia. In 2021, Fike contributed to "McCartney III Imagined," recording a notable cover of Paul McCartney's "The Kiss of Venus."

Beyond his music career, Fike made a significant acting debut in 2022 as Elliot in the second season of the hit HBO series "Euphoria." His portrayal of the drug-abusing teenager marked his first main acting role and garnered critical acclaim.

In 2023, Fike released his highly anticipated second studio album, "Sunburn." The album was supported by a string of successful singles, including "Dancing in the Courthouse," "Ant Pile," "Mona Lisa" (featured in the acclaimed 2023 film "Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse"), and "Mama's Boy." "Sunburn" further solidified Fike's reputation as a versatile artist capable of crafting infectious melodies and poignant lyrics.

8 years ago I made a tape in florida in a room a friend let me live in while I was on house arrest. I didn’t think about making the songs everyday it was more like eating or something I’d do in between living. In front of me everyday was a black epiphone, my laptop and the window overlooking the parking lot to keep an eye out for my P.O. 

Life at this time was fairly tumultuous and I felt like a heavy burden on everyone I interacted with, especially women. I just hated being poor so much. Looking back now that time ends up meaning the most. Before algorithms before other peoples words- even hearing from people I admire. Everything that comes after only makes it harder. So don’t think you’re missing something to chase what you want. It’s probably already there.

Thankful for everyone on this journey. Everyone listening to old songs and new. This one has only gotten more special to me .
