Dua Lipa

Dua Lipa, born in London to Albanian parents from Kosovo, returned to London at 16 to pursue a singing career. She signed with Warner Bros. Records in 2015, releasing her debut singles "New Love" and "Be the One," with the latter achieving widespread European success. Describing her style as "dark pop," Lipa gained recognition on the BBC Sound of...2016 list. In 2016, she released further successful singles like "Hotter than Hell" and "Blow Your Mind (Mwah)," which marked her US Billboard Hot 100 debut. She also collaborated with Sean Paul and was featured in a FADER Magazine documentary, ahead of her self-titled debut album's release in February 2017.
