One Direction

One Direction was a British-Irish boy band formed in 2010 on The X Factor. Comprising Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, and Zayn Malik (until 2015), they became a global pop phenomenon known for their pop-rock style. They released five successful albums, including "Up All Night" and "Midnight Memories," and numerous hit singles like "What Makes You Beautiful." The band achieved massive commercial success, broke records, and embarked on sold-out world tours before announcing an indefinite hiatus in 2016. They are remembered as one of the best-selling boy bands in history.
